「The manager forces the housekeeping staff to start knocking on doors at 9am and check out isn't until 11am. My fiancee has terminal cancer and was up most of the night and they knocked on our door at 9:16 am. When my fiancee asked for his supervisors contact information he refused to give it to him then went on to tell my fiancee he'd never get his info. 」

「Big parking lot had an amazing room. I love staying here at this hotel every time. I'm in this area of Tennessee. This is my third vacation and staying with this hotel. I find the staff very accommodating kind and the value is amazing. Breakfast is continental. Fruit juice milk, coffee Danish muffin, adequate for a quick breakfast. The room was very clean, spacious. I didn't have any trouble. With any of the neighbors, it was not loud.It was quiet, not a party hotel.Definitely a great hotel for...

「Now I only stayed one night , but it was good the beds are comfy , the room smelt good and was extremely clean . Front desk lady was so nice and I was put in the back building (non smokers) and even the stairs leading up was clean and same with the hallway .. definitely recommend for a cheap hotel but doesn’t necessarily look cheap will be coming back 」
