“I didn't like that fact that Expedia gave me one total price of $60.00 and when I started to check-in I was told that they couldn't honor that price but the total would be $70.54. The next thing I had requested a first floor room because my wife is handicapped and the room we were offered was on the second floor. This all was not acceptable so we cancelled the transaction and left the facility.”

“For a quick 1 night stay this was a good spot . We had an issue with our toilet but the staff came right over to get it fixed. The room was clean and stocked.”

“The room to the was not clean. The bathroom tub was dirty. I took pictures of the tubb and showed them to the property manager. I told him that I can't take a shower in that tub. I was told that the tub was dirty just stained. I know the difference between stained and dirtness. Then around 11pm we get a knock on the door, it was a lady asking my husband if he wanted some company. Again around 1am the knock this time was a man at the door. The space around the toilet and sink areas smelled like……

“Clean rooms”

“Big language barrier. Could not understand the lady at the desk. I guess that's why for my 2 night, 2 room stay she only charged me for my 1st night. When we returned to our rooms and the keys wouldn't work, the guy at the desk said we only paid for 1 night. He couldn't answer me why they didn't charge for the whole stay. I paid for the rest of my stay and they turned our keys back on. Beds were ok. I couldn't take a shower as the tub was too slippery for me to stand in. We were not impressed……

“Bedding was very dirty, room was dirty, light in bathroom was broken and did not work. The floors felt like you would fall through them at any moment. Felt very unsafe. ”
