“This property was wonderful. The staff is superb. We did have some issues with the air conditioner not working in our room properly. We hung in there until 10pm and just could not deal, it was an air conditioner that felt freezing and would not turn off. The desk person who checked us in earlier was at the desk, Rocanne. She was wonderful, she said, absolutely, let's move you down the hallway check that out first. We did, it was perfect. She also said she's put a tag for the maintenance people……
