“We arrived exhausted at the end of a long day and the room had not been cleaned from the previous occupants. We tried to reach the host repeatedly and got no response. Called customer service who was similarly unable to reach her. We went to dinner unsure whether we even had a place to stay that night. Fortunately, about 2 hours after our initial attempt to reach her, the host contacted me, apologetic and said that there had been a miscommunication and she got the place cleaned. It would have……

“Amazing location. You can walk to a bunch of historical sites, you can walk to food, you can walk to the train stop, location location location. I very much enjoyed sitting on the roof top patio and watching the boats in the morning. It was quiet. Only thing that I didn't enjoy about this place was check out, and that was simply because I didn't want to leave. When we come back to Philly, we will be staying here. Make sure you check out Ralph's if you like Italian food. ”

“Overall, the stay was great! You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into remodeling and updating the space. The unit itself was very clean and communication with the host was top notch. It was in close proximity to several really great restaurants! However, there were a few cons. The building itself is pretty old and dirty. It’s not the unit owners fault but it’s something to be aware of. Also, when we visited there was a live band down stairs. We traveled with three kids and didn’t……

“This is a no frills studio apartment that is in an excellent walkable location. Located just steps away from the Reading Market, you have access to a large amount of food options. The property actually sits in China Town and there again allows access to many food options. The unit itself has the amenities you need with fridge, stove, microwave and utensils. It is clean and the bed is comfortable. We had some issues with noisy neighbors the first night, but the host rectified that……
