Rustic farmhouse

The farmhouse was rustic as listed. Beautiful views, fruit trees were plentiful. basic amenities were not stalked. No toilet paper, no hand soap, one tea towel, fridge unplugged, wifi unplugged took 3 hours to charge. House is up a gravel road on a hill. No taxi's in Monsummano Terme. Impossible to call a taxi from property, host was no help with getting a taxi. Bus is possible to get to Montecatini but not easy to figure out route and times. We had great email communication with host prior to arrival. (Google translate italian to english) Host speaks no english and made no effort to google translate to communicate on site. Public transportation information on site would have been helpful. MUST HAVE when located away from service upon arrival..toilet paper, dish towels, ICE, information to access bus or taxi to get your required amenities
