“⭐ 1/5 — Terrible experience Unfortunately, our experience with this property was extremely disappointing. We never received the check-in instructions, and when we arrived, there was absolutely no one available to assist us. We tried every possible way to reach the property — phone calls, emails, and text messages — but received no response. We were left stranded without access to our accommodation and had to contact Expedia for assistance. It ultimately took approximately four hours for……

“Large, sparsely furnished apartment with comfortable beds, grimy plates and mugs, washer and dryer in the bathroom, nice big bathtub, balcony and a fire escape and good view of the street below. Painted an ugly beige. Could be improved by a few colorful pillows and better art. Stairwell dirty. But solid, nice old building. Was a snafu with them not sending the door code until asked a second time, but then they sent it. Best deal for staying in the neighborhood we wanted to stay in.”

“This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated……
