「Family Place very nice」

「Fijn hotel, lekker zwembad en spa. Jammer toen het zo warm was, er geen airco op de kamer is. Jammer dat de bar s’avonds niet open is in het Hotel. We konden wel in de lobby zitten, was jammer dat daar geen hoge tafel staat maar alleen lage zitjes, en dat in de lobby de muziek steeds weg viel. Verder prima hotel, super schone kamer!」

「This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. After needing to call for clarification, we were given a separate address that led us to the same location. There is no parking at the actual hotel because of construction. 「Super établissement, la piscine est extra, l’appartement bien équipé (manque juste un barbecue !) le personnel aux petits oignons… juste matelas un peu mou. on reviendra sans faute !」

「Chalet was perfect for family of 4, and the swimming pool a bonus for the kids. Ski bus stop was very close, and its a beautiful area. On the listing the map shows the location as Les Esserts which was wrong - however in the end we were glad we were down in the valley on the outskirts of Morillon. In the mornings we got the ski bus to the telecabine, and after skiing generally walked back to the chalet which took about 15 mins. This was only possible as we left our rented skis in the hire shop...

「Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, nous avons passé de très bons moments à discuter avec eux ! Notre fille était fascinée par les animaux de compagnie ! Nous avons passé un très bon week-end au chalet !」

「Superb hotel in a great location. The staff go out of their way to help and make you feel very much at home. To give an example, one evening we brought takeaway pizza back to the hotel for dinner as all the restaurants were full - not only were the staff happy to let us eat in the bar in front of the fire, they even brought out plates and cutlery!」
