"This property is two separate units - so not ideal for our family of five, three children. An upstairs which is very mildly renovated - but with a functional air conditioner (which is where two children slept to keep cool). And downstairs, which appears quite newly renovated, because evidently, there has been water damage, which has left a horrible smell in the apartment. Fans in the rooms are not efficient.
