“The hotel was located 5 minutes drive outside Oviedo. It was an old elegant property built in the 1930’s to a very high standard. It was surrounded by extensive grounds and had excellent views over Oviedo. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was of a very high standard. Highly recommended. ”

“Appalling behaviour by the host. By the check-in time of 4pm, we had still not received any instructions to get in. We called and called and finally the host told us someone was on their way with the keys. We were finally let into the property and 10 minutes later the host calls us to say there's been a double booking and proceeds to remove us from the property! We then had to find alternative accommodation at 7pm and pay high hotel fees. We asked for a refund the same day and 3 weeks later we……
