“The apartment was extremely spacious and I loved staying in San Lorenzo and having the conveniences of a nearby grocery store, the young environment, and cheaper food after long touristy days in Rome. We had some technical difficulties with the apartment but the staff was always quick to help out. Overall I’d recommend it!”

“住宿價格非常的便宜，飯店接待人員雖然對英文的支援度並沒有那麼高，但是可以感受到他們的用心。比較在意的是Check in後不知道為什麼得要將護照留在櫃台處，多少有點不舒服的感覺，以及房間沒有提供沐浴乳與洗髮精等，但如果你是省錢第一的旅者，這會是你的好選擇，當然這是一家無法用大眾交通到達的住宿地，建議你是自駕旅遊者。”

“The host was very prompt at replying to n issue and getting it resolved very quickly. The apartment was very well equipped and, as it was on the 4th floor, the elevator was appreciated. The apartment was well located but, as the bedrooms faced onto a busy street, it was noisy at night if you left the windows open. If the windows were kept closed, you heard nothing. Overall a great place to stay - very convenient and 5 mins to train station with easy access to all tourist areas. Would be……

“Accueil tellement exeptionel et d'une gentillesse trop rare, qu'il n'y a pas assez d'étoile pour tout noter le cadre de cette appartement est lui aussi extraordinaire, pas de bruits, tellement pres de rome, d'une autonomie compléte, et san reproche. bref ce lieux et ces gerant sont à conserver dans notre carnet d'adresse merci encore pour ce sejour nicolas”

“We stayed in this authentic Roman apartment for 3 nights. The property was as promised and it was a great place for our travel needs. We took the fast train from the airport to the Roma Termini and it was a short walk. We walked to all our city tour sites. Shower was small but manageable. Thankyou!”

“für den Preis echt okay, Tatiana war nett und hat uns die Zugangsdaten für das Appartement geschickt als wir spät Abends vor der Tür standen (eine frühere Info wäre auch gut gewesen;)). Die Küche ist shared und sehr klein, aber um Snacks zuzubereiten auch voll ok. Das Appartement hätte tatsächlich noch etwas sauberer sein können (minimal noch ein paar Krümel/ Haare) aber war okay :) Also wie gesagt alles für den Preis gut und angemessen - wir haben uns wohl gefühlt! Supermarkt, Hauptbahnhof und……

“We loved this home. The view outside was fantastic. The only issue was that there was a musty (maybe cat?) scent in the air and we’ll all got allergic reactions. The furniture inside could be a bit more comfortable but we enjoyed our stay.”

“Marina was a delight. She spent a lot of time with us showing us the apartment & even reviewed our itinerary. The apartment was clean & the rooms were spacious. Everything we needed for a week’s stay, though we all wished we could have stayed longer. We used public transportation to get around, there are bus stops nearby & a metro station not too far away. The beds were super comfortable with nice sheets. This was the first place I’ve ever stayed where I didnt have control of a thermostat, but……

“Great location. Close to train station and lots of good restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet at night. The kitchen was well stocked with close grocery story. There was enough room in kitchen for 8 adults. We had fabulous stay. One thing to be aware off if it is important for you, there is not a living room. We just hung out together in kitchen”

“My husband and I had a micro-wedding at the villa with our immediate family and friends totaling 13 people. The property was stunning and was the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. The house is HUGE and more than comfortably fit everyone with their own bedroom. The space was very clean and all the details are thought of and provided. We had Roberto cook us a couple of meals and HIGHLY recommend doing that. The food was better than we expected! Overall, we cannot say enough good things about……

“Location was a bit further from city center than we thought but had grocery store nearby which was nice. Bathroom was very small and toilet needed servicing since needed much priming to flush and also tended to run after flushing. Need more towels for a week stay. Overall good value for price and answered many questions prior to visit and liked that they set up private transport to and from airport.”
