「Pros: - Front desk staff were nice and polite. - Good air conditioning Cons: - The property, and especially the rooms and bathrooms, need renovation. The shower area is too dark! - Lack of hand soap (tiny shampoos were provided instead). - The ladies behind the counter at Figo Restaurant could have been nicer!」

「Great staff and comfortable bed but would need some modernization and the breakfast is not worth the money.」

「The staff was very well-mannered and the room was what I expected, very well kept by the staff and was overall very comfortable. 」

「No parking Bar not working No water bottle in room」

「Such a cute place to stay! Right in front of the bus stop which was fantastic」

「Excellent!! The staff in the reception was very nice and helped me a lot during my sudden accommodation!!」

「The room was huge, clean and comfortable - with separate hall area to separate the bedroom from the bathroom. The decor is classic and grand, and the hotel is very well-maintained. The staff were helpful and polite. There were a good range of choices at breakfast. 」

「Nice boutique hotel. Spotless clean. 」

「The Ruby Giulia Hotel in Rome was a stunning property. It is in a great location for tourists to be able to get around easily. The staff is all super friendly. The rooms are immaculate, It was the best hotel I’ve stayed in over the last 10 years of travel. I highly recommend it.」
