He was a very prompt and clear communicator who went out of his way to be helpful when we were looking to store our luggage for the day before checking in. The apartment itself was comfortable and the location was excellent; we could pop down the stairs and be right in the middle of bustling Siena but the apartment wasn’t noisy and we were able to get quiet and restful sleep. Parking is very poor in Siena, as it is in old cities all around the globe but if you follow instructions given by the hosts infomail upfront its even possible to find a solution which is ok.」

「The house is a beautiful old Italian house with high ceilings with wooden beams and tiled floors. Everything in the house worked pedfectly- wifi, hot water, screens on the windows, kitchen and bath.
