“Le camere sono tenute male, manca la manutenzione. Ho dovuto cambiare 2 camere. Nella prima c’era una macchia di umido con insetti che camminavano sul soffitto. In bagno il lavabo perdeva acqua. Nella seconda camera la porta era rotta e non si chiudeva. Aria condizionata molto rumorosa anche se spenta. Infissi vecchi. Porta del bagno rotta. Lavabo spaccato. non mi è sembrato un hotel 4 stelle e il prezzo pagato é stato molto più del doppio rispetto al valore della struttura. L’unica cosa……

“Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und das Personal sehr nett. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen für einen aktiven Urlaub in der Toskana. Vom Bahnhof zum Hotel geht man ca. 10 Minuten. Nach Florenz, Pisa und Lucca kann man sehr gut mit dem Zug fahren.”
