Was very relaxing and now having been here more than once feels like a home away from home. Clean, perfectly located and staff always willing to help out.

Ogni Mattina le donne della pulizia facevano un rumore insopportabile con delle urle compresse. E gli orari della colazione fino alle 9;30am e check out 10am sono ridicoli

Struttura vecchia, sanitari altrettanto con perdite d'acqua costante dalla cassetta del wc, doccia senza sostegno del doccino (ci si lavava con una mano perchè con l'altra dovevamo supplire alla mancanza dell'asta!!!!) Aria condizionata non funzionante, fili elettrici a vista, balcone non a norma....... camera sporca, prezzo esorbitante per il soggiorno tra l'altro senza colazione!!!! DA ELIMINARE!!!!!!! NON MI CAPACITO DELL'ASSEGNAZIONE DELLE 3 STELLE!!!!!!!!!

A wonderful place to stay.

First of all the check in was easy. The receptionist showed us a room on the first floor but it was not what we reserved. We asked another receptionist to check and she saw that we had reserved a bigger room which came with a balcony. So, we got a room overlooking the small park in front of the hotel. When we came back after a day of sight seeing we discovered that the airconditioner wasn't working. The receptionist , Claire, was fantastic. She immediately moved us to a room on the 3rd floor with a working air conditioner and an even higher view. She was very apologetic although we told her that it wasn't her fault and sometimes things break down. But her worry and quick action was great. The next morning she gave us complimentary coffee and asked how we had slept. Her friendliness and professionalism were admirable. Thanks again Claire !!

Pessima esperienza. Arrivati all'hotel non c'era nessuno, telefonicamente abbiamo provato svariate volte a contattare il gestore senza risultato. Dopo un15 minuti riusciamo ad entrare grazie ad un'altra ospite. Attraverso una sorta di webcam ci vengono assegnate le camere. Una delle camere la mia non funzionava il climatizzatore a gennaio non è certo ideale col freddo che fa. Me ne viene data un'altra ma i letti erano sfatti , quindi passo alla terza. In questa il climatizzatore funzionava ma con gran rumore. Colazione non compresa nel prezzo ed il gestore molto presuntuoso, mi considera troppo esigente per quello che ho pagato anzi per quello che gli dà hotel.com Non tornerò mai più.

Ottima la posizione dell'hotel: stazione vicina e punti di ristoro facilissimi da raggiungere. Non è piaciuta la colazione, non molto ricca... In più doveva chiudere alle 9.30 ma una mattina alle 9 avevano già pulito tutta la sala. Altra nota negativa la tassa di soggiorno:*al check in c'era stato anticipato fosse di 4€ (nonostante sembrasse poco per le 4 notti), al check out ci siamo trovati a pagare 18€ in totale per 2 persone e la ragazza che c'era alla reception non sapeva darci nemmeno alcuna info in più (non ci è stata nemmeno rilasciata una ricevuta). Ps. Lo scarico del bagno in camera abbastanza difettoso, il più delle volte bisognava usare una bacinella

Cheap Montecatini

Hotel un po' datato all'inizio dellarea Ztl del centro , le camere si presentano bene colori sobri abbastanza grandi. Il televisore un po' troppo piccolo. Nel bagno ho trovato molti capelli sparsi sul pavimento. A parte questo nel complesso buono in relazione al prezzo.

Upon my arrival, the Hotel could not find my reservation. After research, they found the reservation, saying that it was the fault of Expedia/Ebookers, who had not sent them the email. Without even apologizing, to resolve the over-booking they sent me for the second, third and fourth day of my stay to another Hotel in the area. Apart from the inconvenience of going and coming back, the chosen destination, Hotel Tonfoni, despite being a three-star, was the worst Hotel in the city. Finally, on check-out, they did not give me the receipt for my Tourist Tax cash payment, despite my request. Other than the poor service received, the quality of the Hotel is not too bad. Final grade: 5.5/10 - NOT recommended.
