"We spent 2 days at Luganodante during a 2 week trip to Italy/Switzerland. I highly recommend staying at this property. The location is centrally located to enjoy the lake, shopping and dining. Easy walk from train station but easy in and out of the garage if you have a car. Very clean, nice lobby bar and restaurant. The staff was very helpful and spoke multiple languages. The full breakfast was included and it was amazing. A wonderful experience all around. "

"We stayed in a basic room with a lake view. Bed could have done with being less firm and additional pillows would have been an advantage to comfort. Although rooms looked a bit dated, this was acceptable for a building from the late 18th century. Air conditioning appeared to be an option (no remote control available in room).
