“The owner is attentive to our needs”

“We had an unforgettable stay at this apartment! The location in Montechoro was perfect, just a short walk from the main strip but still offering a peaceful retreat. The highlights were definitely the massive top terrace and the private pool—the panoramic views of the city and the sea at sunset were absolutely breathtaking. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious, modern, and very comfortable for a big group, with powerful A/C in every room and a fully equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed the……

“No cummunication at all. Had to wait for another renter to enter property. Never received wi-fi code or and response from 3 emails.”

“This is an excellent bright and clean apartment, with a spacious comfortable double bedroom, a modern kitchen, a good shower, and a welcoming dining/sitting area. The complex is well-maintained and is perfectly situated between the old town and the new town. A nearby taxi-rank and city bus-stop mean that it is easy to get around. It has a good-sized, clean, swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds. “I like about cleanes and propert manager he is helpful. The things I don’t like is no internet and no free parking and the TV is old style if these small thing fixed I thought this place can be very good”

“Ground floor apartment that is neat and tidy. Interior is nothing flash but comfortable enough and in a nice location. 8-10minute walk (relatively flat) to the strip, approx. 25min walk (not flat) to old town and a 15 minute walk to the beach. Easy parking off the main street if you have a car. Kitchen has the basic essentials to make meals if desired and the washing machine is a good bonus. Host was very easy to communicate with as well.”
