It is nested in massive palm trees and tropical foliage overlooking the lighted tennis court and swimming pool. Located 20 minutes from the airport and 15minutes from the city centre. Great for families, groups, weddings, birthday parties, and corporate retreats. Spectacular ocean views, experienced friendly staff. Adequate areas for private relaxation and recreation. We have a lighted tennis court, pool table and stair climber exercise machine.

Great space for a big group
Where to start! Never in my life have I received such service with a short term rental booking. Shari and Nicola helped me prepare and plan for the trip and went out of their way to support for days and weeks ahead of time. Keisha and Gregory were similarly amazing once we arrived. Really above and beyond in terms of service.
They even helped us track down a chef who could accommodate the wide ranging food needs of my group, from vegan to gluten free. My only regret is that I didn't get to try Keisha's cooking!
The house itself is relatively simple but spacious. Every room except one has its own private bathroom. You will have a hard time finding better value for space than this place. Our group of 17 adults had more room than we needed. The views are beautiful and the house is comfortable.
Things I wish I had known before booking and / or planning this trip:
One of the king rooms is a walk through with a room with two doubles behind it. It's perfect for a couple with two kids, but awkward for adults who want privacy.
Montego Bay doesn't have that much fun stuff to do or very nice beaches compared to other parts of the country like Negril. We ended up spending a small fortune on taxis to take us out of the house (after picking this place because we thought it would be cheap). There is absolutely nothing walkable from the house, and it costs $20 per person everytime you want to leave just to run to a store or something. You need to pay the taxi in cash which for me meant 20 minutes a day or so waiting in ATM lines.
Jamaica in general has a very old-fashioned service-oriented tourist economy. This means there are staff on hand at all times. Some parts of it are nice, like always having someone to show you where stuff is, and having coffee already made when you wake up. But I wasn't expecting that there would be house staff in the villa with us at almost every hour of the day. It's not a bad thing, but don't come expecting privacy. Come expecting a staffed house, which is not something I have ever experienced at a short-term rental before.
Overall the staff could not have been more accommodating, kind, or helpful. Would recommend this place if Montego Bay is the destination you are aiming for and you are excited about having staff for a large group.
