Worst travel experience ever!
The property looks decent. Pool is nice but kind of small. In the condo, the main outlet in the bathroom did not work. Our first night there, the power went out because of a storm and was out for 5 hours at least. There is no generator, so no A/C, toilet overflowed, and we were given one flashlight. The main security gate was left open for hours while we had to sleep with windows and doors open. Very unsafe.
We went to the recommended restaurant, Scotchies, down the street. Food was great, until we realized we had been drugged or poisoned. 5 minutes after eating 2 of us became so ill we could not even stand. We had no alcohol at all there and were sober upon entry. After an hour of pure hell we managed to walk home to a blacked out condo. Needless to say, we checked out in the morning and found another place to stay. I found out the next day that the owner has no intention of refunding our money! Worst vacation EVER! Do NOT stay here if you want to feel safe and comfortable.
