Awesome property, great service!

We stayed at this location the day before we went to our resort for the week. It was a great option for us! It was close to the airport, checking in was easy, and everything was as stated on the listing. We utilized the private chef for our dinner and breakfast. He did a great job, and the food was awesome! I would definitely stay here again!

The host was immaculate. Her communication was very professional. She even offered tours! Her home is GREAT THE PICTURES DO NO JUSTICE. Definitely booking again! She even showed a late check out last minute! She sent wonderful drivers and chefs! DEFINITELY BOOKING AGAIN

It's the little things that count!

The place was clean, the pool was ideal. Not any extras were given in this place. Not enough towels or extra linen to accommodate guest. Having a chef was the best decision we made.

Perfect spot

This townhouse is in the perfect spot. The community is beautiful. We sat outside in the garden area several times and enjoyed the air. It's in walking distance to everything you may need, even a couple beaches. We were a party of six females and we had more than enough space. The host was great to work with.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!!!!!!! From day 1 to checkout, the host of this property, Neena C. was extremely rude and uncooperative. I prepaid for airport pick up and return, and I actually spoke to her prior to our arrival, in which she informed me that we would be taken to what they call a "Welcome Center" and our bags would be there as well and we could hang there until check in. Turns out that was not the case, and she was trying to charge us extra to be brought to our property, which she never mentioned would be an extra fee. Her only solutions offered were to pay the fee or have us dropped off further and make us walk free of charge. While speaking to her about this inconvenience she had a very disrespectful tone. Once we finally arrived on property it was down hill from there, the maintenance man was still working, left dirty residue in our bathtub, the sheets on my bed were dirty, bugs on the kitchen table, upstairs was extremely hot, A/C in one of the rooms upstairs didn't work...the list goes on. On top of everything, like I said Neena was a terrible host with absolutely no sense of hospitality. I wish I could submit pictures of the place, but overall my guests and I decided to not finish our stay at her property because it was not worth the hassle. We left the house cleaner than how we entered! Overall, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone visiting Montego Bay or any other properties hosted by Neena C.

The Time in Jamaica

Where do I start.. the house was beautiful we had plenty of space! We went to Jamaica for a birthday/girls trip of 4 females. The chef was awesome and food was delicious. The set up with the birthday decorations was perfect. We will be returning in near future.

Excellent experience!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay! We loved that there are three bathrooms! The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, the host is fantastic about booking excursions and offered to make dinner reservations for us one night. The property was incredibly quiet and clean. There is a small market for food that is walkable on the hip strip. Doctors cave beach is walkable (pay to enter and for chairs and umbrella but it’s totally worth it). My ONLY comment is regarding the kitchen cookware. The pans are in very bad condition and need to be replaced and the knives are very dull. I realize that most people don’t cook while on vacation but we did and it was a struggle with the available cookware.

Absolutely amazing experience! Conveniently located with ease of access to the best places; literally walking distances. Secure compound and lovely house with all the necessary amenities needed. The property managers go above and beyond, upon booking I received personalized messages directing us to the best exchange houses, transportation, highlights of Montego Bay with their best suggestions and continued communication until we checked in, during and after. One of the most pleasant experiences I've been exposed too. Highly recommended!

Nianna Chatham Palms is Paradise on the Hip Strip

Nianna Chatham Palms is our vacation paradise in Montego Bay! We absolutely love Nianna's new property on the Hip Strip. Nianna's newly constructed townhouse at Chatham Palms is less than one year old, spotless, beautifully furnished, loaded with modern appliances, and located in a quiet gated community with its own pool. The backyard's private patio is the perfect spot to chill. In addition to all of the wonderful amenities, Nianna offers cooking services, transportation and spa services. Neena is the most gracious host I've ever met and her warm personality is unforgettable. She was incredibly helpful and always reachable via WhatsApp to answer our questions. This property looks just like the pictures. It's a gem. We'll be back soon.
