「The host was very easy to communicate with. She greeted us when we arrived. She was great. The house is very beautiful inside and out, the view was amazing. It is very clean inside. The only issue is the way to the house is very difficult to get to. We drove up on a hill that had a lot of bumpy roads and a lot of garbage. Keep in mind if you stay here that once you go out, try to do all of your outings because it’s hard to go back and forth to the house.」

「The staff is very friendly and helpful, unfortunately this place needs a complete overhaul on everything. Our AC didn’t work it was sooooo Hot in the room, but the worst part is my daughter woke up with Bugs crawling all Over her bed and she had bites everywhere. I made the owner aware, she stated someone had mentioned this to her before so she was going to try figure out where they were coming from. Location is good but the place needs to be remodel for what they charge, which was $225 per...

「Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in.」

「The room was clean, fresh, and smelled pleasant upon arrival. The property itself was also well maintained, and the food was both delicious and attractively presented. Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor and is an area that needs significant improvement. While the accommodations and dining experience were enjoyable, the level of service negatively impacted my overall stay. Having stayed at all three of their Montego Bay properties, I found this one to be the weakest overall...
