“Overall, the resort is nice, fun and safe. Staff super nice and helpful. The room was a little outdated. The TV fell off the wall during our stay and had to call maintenance. Scheduled a private birthday dinner that included a private chef. The chef was scheduled to meet us up at our room at 6:25 to escort us. Waited 20 minutes with a no show. Went down to the service desk to make sure it was canceled ($150) and they were giving us the run around until I told them we were not in the mood……

“The host was very easy to communicate with. She greeted us when we arrived. She was great. The house is very beautiful inside and out, the view was amazing. It is very clean inside. The only issue is the way to the house is very difficult to get to. We drove up on a hill that had a lot of bumpy roads and a lot of garbage. Keep in mind if you stay here that once you go out, try to do all of your outings because it’s hard to go back and forth to the house.”

“The staff is very friendly and helpful, unfortunately this place needs a complete overhaul on everything. Our AC didn’t work it was sooooo Hot in the room, but the worst part is my daughter woke up with Bugs crawling all Over her bed and she had bites everywhere. I made the owner aware, she stated someone had mentioned this to her before so she was going to try figure out where they were coming from. Location is good but the place needs to be remodel for what they charge, which was $225 per……

“Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in.”
