    I was ghosted!!! I was never contacted by the host. Upon arriving at the location (via GPS) place looked abandoned!!! No wonder the reviews were out-dated!!! (2014 & 15). Felt like a scam!!

    Home from Home

    I go to Jamaica quite a lot and have stayed in various hotels ect , Booking this villa was comfortable , nice gated community with a beautiful view of the sea , it was like home from home as it had everything you needed as well as being quite and also near shops. We did not have a car but to get a taxi was very simple and easy and security helped out so we felt very safe. I will be defiantly booking again with Jennifer .

    Emerald like a jewel

    I stayed in the Emerald Estate with my brother back in August 2015. It was great. The property is clean and welcoming. The houskeeper had a meal waiting for us and the fridge had drinks to. Easy to find from the airport and I liked the safe feeling knowing the 24 hour security where there. The swimming pool is about 20 steps away from the apartment. It was great to have wifi and i just loved the water despener machine. The access to the back garden was good to hang out the washing. The houskeeper was helpful and very very friendly. I would recommend this villa and look forward to my next trip in the near future. Pandora of the UK

    I spent an amazing ime at emeralds, this is my 2nd visit there and wil return again again , just love it there, the villa is the perfect place to stay and enjoy living like a local. The property is very clean and spacious, with a cosy intimate comfortable feel to it, fully equipped to accommodate all your needs, feels very much like home from home. Karen the house keeper is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome if you don't feel like cooking and want to try the real jamaica cooking Karen is more than happy to cook for you for a small fee nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Karen really appreciate your visits. Thete is plenty to do locally with several beaches close by. If you get board you can always take a 15min journey into ocho rios which is a lively town with plenty to do. I have recommended this villa to friends and family. The owner Jennifer is also available on the phone to answer to any questions. Thanks Jennifer keep up the good work.

    A Villa i would recomment.

    Both Sharon and I enjoyed our holiday back In September 2014. A Villa I can call from home to home. The view looking over the sea from the balcony was beautiful. I would recommend my friends and family to stay and I'm also looking forward going back later in the year 2015.

    I was pleasantly surprised with the property, it was much nicer than the write up, we were met by the house keeper Karen, who was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. The property had everything you could possible want and more to accommodate your needs, it is a very spacious 2 bedroom property with all the facilities that you would have at home, this made you feel like you were not missing out on any creature comforts, Karen attended daily to keep on top of the high standard of cleanliness. The location of the property was in a fabulous location, only 8km from Ocho rios, where you have all the night life, bars and restaurants which are easily accessible. you also have several local beaches that you can go to if you don't want to travel too far. I had a fabulous time there, and loved it so much that I didn't want to leave, I have told all my friends and family about it and I will definitely return again. Thank you for an excellent stay.

    Home Away From Home... indeed

    I thoroughly enjoyed my three week stay at Emerald Estates. The home was extremely comfortable and my family was very pleased. The complex was quiet, private and most of all very secure. Early morning walks, late night swims and star gazing were just a few of the memories I will always cherish. Thank you, Jennifer. Your staff and the service they provided were TOP NOTCH!     Beautiful, well equipt and tranquil.

    We found the villa to be a real home from home. All we needed was there. Sitting on the veranda inthe evenings was so relaxing to the sound of chirping insects and reggae in the background. Dennis, our driver was fantastic, knowledgable about the local history and a great guide, he showed us so many great places and helped us so much with anything we needed from getting used to the local currency to finding some great places to eat. Top bloke. Charmaine was a real gem and such a lovely lady. Were hoping to come back next year, we totally reccommend staying here if you like the quieter side of town, but with the option of daily adventures away from the crowds. 1000 stars ;-)

    What a lovely villa, clean and very comfortable. sharmaine the maid was helpful and polite. Perfect area for family's and just a bus ride to ohco which is great for the beach, shopping or just a day trip.Overall experience was fanatic great home to home experience.

    Great Location minutes from downtown Ocho Rios!

    This property has a cozy, "home away from home" atmosphere in a quiet, attractive community complete with a great view of the ocean. Another plus: it's just 15 minutes away from downtown Ocho Rios. The owner and her staff were very friendly and accommodating; looking forward to returning soon! :)

    From home to home!!

    Thank you Miss Jennifer for allowing my friend, husband and I to stay at your property. We all enjoyed our stay and felt at home. We were most impressed by the facilities in the house. Five star for being very clean and homely. It had everything we need, wifi, AC, washing machine, pots and cutlery, fresh clean towels, the list goes on. We had a magnificent view of the sea when standing on the veranda or the back of the property. We felt safe and secure within the area as we had security day and night at the front. It was a short distance from Main Street Ochio Rios, where all the local shops, restaurants and night life is. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family or any one looking for a place to stay in Jamaica. Nicole Braham

    Great start to 2014!

    My New Year 2014 really started with a bang by staying in a Palm View JA Villa they really understand the Jamaican traveller! All our needs and creature comforts were taken care of. I really like that they think of the detail even reminding us to use the onsite pool! Efficient cleaning service, wifi, even a blender for your juice. We love Jamaica and when we return we'll be staying with PalmView JA. Thanks PalmView x

    Relaxed.....

    Stayed at the Villa for a couple of nights, its in a gated community with a relaxed and quiet surrounding. The rooms are spacious and clean with all the amenities you need including the wifi which helped me out. The owner is helpful and approachable and Its not far from Ocho (ocho rios Main Street, a few min ride in a taxi) plus its near a beach. Would definitely stay at the villa again.

    **CRACKING PLACE**

    Full marks for this remarkable little place! Just a short drive from Ocho Rios and you arrive at the front security gates where you're greeted by friendly security. The apartment was nice and airy, well presentable and, the hygiene standard was good also. Instant wifi (which just simply makes sense!) Utensils and cooking appliances all available for use, slept very comfortably in the king size bed, a most enjoyable experience all in all. Would thoroughly recommend and would certainly use again in the future trips to JA Mr F Thomas

    I must admit that despite a few management disagreement at the sandcastles....Jennifer s place was remarkable and very clean. I hope in the near future that whatever disagreement the management and many owners might have at the sandcastles...`hopefully they can resolve their difference in a friendly business matter for all good intention benefits .
