This charming 250 m² ground-floor portion of villa is ideal for up to 15 people. Enjoy privacy and comfort with a private pool and a gazebo for dining surrounded by nature. Guests must be 30 years of age or older.

- 2 double bedrooms (queen-size beds)
- 2 triple bedrooms (queen-size bed + single bed)
- 3 bathrooms with modern amenities (hairdryer, scales)
- Cots or extra beds available upon request.

Outdoors:
The private pool, available from June 1st to September 30th, is a true haven for relaxation and enjoyment. Our enclosed garden offers splendid views of the hills below. The outdoor area is equipped with comfortable loungers, patio furniture, and a barbecue for unforgettable meals.

Living Area:
The villa's common areas are spacious and welcoming, with modern decor and comfortable seating. You can enjoy meals in the well-appointed living room and relax on the sofas, complete with a TV and entertainment options.

Nearby attractions:
Explore the surrounding area of ​​Montelabbate with its many attractions. Pesaro beach is just a 20-minute drive away. Visit the historic center of Urbino, a UNESCO World Heritage site, 25 minutes away. For nature lovers, the Monte San Bartolo Regional Park offers unforgettable hikes.

Access:
The villa is located in the hills of Montelabbate and is easily accessible by car, just a 25-minute drive from the nearest airport. Public transportation options are also available nearby for convenient travel.

Superbe maison et la propriétaire super

On était un grand groupe avec des enfants. On a adoré la maison. Elle est située un peu en dehors de la ville mais très tranquille. La propriétaire nous a beaucoup aidé et a était super avec nous.
