It was easy access, lots of free parking and although the manager did not speak much English he was very helpful and hospitable and even called a restaurant for us so we could eat after a late check in. "We had a wonderful stay at the villa - we were a group of 10 adults and 2 children and used the villa as our home base for a week to explore the area (Pienza, Siena, Montalcino, Montelpulciano, etc). There are 4 apartments ranging from 1-3 bedrooms which were fantastic for the families, plus an additional communal kitchen and living room for everyone to gather. It was the perfect setup as it gave everyone the ability to have some privacy as well as for everyone to congregate and eat meals...

"Abbiamo passato 3 gg veramente perfetti in questo appartamento davvero molto carino e spazioso in cui non mancava nulla,con una camera decisamente spaziosa e un soggiorno con cucina altrettanto grandi e in perfetto stile rustico rimesso a nuovo. E poi che dire dello spazio esterno e soprattutto della gentilezza e cortesia del proprietario Alessio,che ha fatto di tutto x farci stare al meglio,con un ottimo barbecue compreso!Ci torneremo di sicuro,posto assolutamente consigliato!!! "The only thing this place could have that it doesn't is an infinity pool! We loved it here. It was a last minute booking and the host was super helpful. STUNNING views from the patio, and the lake is a short drive down the hill. Also, a very cool little town with restaurants just a two minute drive.Our favorite stays in Italy we're in these little remote towns. Soooo nice. "
