“Very charming property in a fantastic location. The host was very responsive and we had a marvelous stay. Bear in mind this is a historic property and accordingly has some quirks. Those looking for modernity and perfect fixtures may not appreciate those quirks.”

“Excellent room, service and food. The best.”

“After a rocky start I leave my 3 nights stay at Sarna Residence with a traste of pity. Great bullying (battooms should be bigger!) in an charming lot with a garden ando pool well design, you go away with nobody to say at least :" bye, ci vediamo....have a nice trip". “is good service, the view is so beautiful”

“Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). The breakfast was simple and included fruit, juice, yogurt, sliced cheese and cold cut, packages sweets, tea, coffee and water. The owners were……

“Frühstück war sehr gut!”
