"Beautiful, large Spanish-style villa in nice neighborhood, near Spanish Bay. Beds very comfortable and well appointed. Nice putting green and fire-pit in yard. Kitchen and baths all worked well. On the negative side, we found the garbage in the back to be overflowing onto the ground, and the Green Egg barbecue was not prepared to use. I had to clean it out in order to use it."

I think it would be helpful to clarify the bedrooms and bathrooms a little more clearly in the description. Also a few ammenities are not working or not yet completed. We had no heat and no hot water for the first 24 hours as the heater and hot water heaters were shut off when we arrived.
