Check in was super easy, loved having a code instead of a key making check out just as seamless. The shower had amazing pressure and everything was very clean and ride and the rooms were very spacious. The staff were fantastic!

The location was great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay $16.99 per day to park in the hotel parking lot which was connected to the hotel.

Very convenient to Cannery Row, which was a huge plus for us. The property has been renovated nicely as well. We found it very comfortable, and there is an elevator from the parking lot, a big plus for us as we are seniors. We were able to leave our car in the parking lot and walk down to the restaurants and shops in Cannery Row. The farthest we walked was the Aquarium which took about 15 minutes, so all the Cannery Row area is quite handy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Automated Check in before arrival was not smooth but once on site things resolved. Lobby was maintained via a kiosk and that actually was very efficient and staff was responsive and pleasant via the kiosks. Loved, loved the lobby machine that had a wide array of warm drinks available!

Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I thought we would have made service, and we left the clean our room tag on the door but no one cleaned it. The room was noisy at night because of outdoor traffic, and I would like to have known ahead of time that my view was the parking lot. The location was very convenient to Scenic walks, Fisherman's wharf, and dining areas. The bathroom was very cold, with no option for a heater
