Casa Apuane Alps is dramatically located in the heart of Tuscany\'s Chianti region with expansive views over the olive groves, vineyards, woods and country estates.The villa accommodates eight guests in 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and features a spacious and bright living room, large dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fitness room, large pool overlooking the hills, and furnished patios to relax under the shade. In addition, the owner of the property produces Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which can be purchased on site.

The location couldn’t be better: private, tranquil position with fenced garden, the villa is 50 minutes (40 km) south from Florence with easy access to the charming Chianti hill towns, 60 minutes (58 km) from Siena and 1.30 hour (75 km) from Lucca. Well-appointed, spacious villa, authentically restored and surrounded by olive groves, Casa Apuane Alps is perfect for four couples traveling together, or a family of eight.A typically country road (1.8 km) leads to Casa Apuane Alps, meandering through vineyards and olive groves. Although a 4x4 car is not necessary, please be advised that this road is not suitable for cars with low clearance.*Please note: The original building dates back 1500 and is part of the Borgo di Voltiggiano (a group of about 10 properties) located in this area. For this reason the villa is not completely isolated, in fact, about 300 meters from the property is the owner\'s home. The two properties are not connected and are separated by gardens and a high hedge; therefore guest privacy is 100% guaranteed.The property is entirely fenced and measures about 1 hectare. The villa is about 450 sqm, the salt-water pool measures 5 x 10 meters and is open May to September. A pool cover is available to keep the water warm during the night. (Important: the cover is not a safety cover for children.) The lawn is bordered with rose bushes, cypresses and olive trees. A large patio next to the pool provides shadow during hot days. Sun beds are available for 8 guests. Attached to the house there are two other patios, one furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining and a second one, furnished with comfortable lounge chairs.Other facilities available for guests: 4 mountain bikes (with helmets), professional BBQ, and TechnoGym fitness center located in the basement of the villa.CASA INTERIOR: Two floors (450 sqm) decorated with beautiful terracotta tiles and beamed ceilingsGround floor: Entry hall with beautiful mirrors and cloakroom.
Guests bathroom. On the left, large double living room elegantly furnished with couches and armchairs, AC and wood burning stove. This room has large French windows overlooking the garden and the two patios. Gaming table area includes Backgammon, chess, checkers, cards and other games. On the right, large dining room with table for 8/10 people, AC and decorative fireplace. Large, modern and fully-equipped kitchen (gas stove, 2 ovens, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, grill, fridge/freezer, juice maker). The kitchen has NO AC.

Laundry area: this part of the house can be used only by the staff. Washing machine is available and the staff will help the guests to use the washing machine during the working hrs included in the price. Ironing is not included.Basement: TecnoGym fitness center with 4 professional TecnoGym machines and other equipment.

On this floor there are 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. - Master bedroom includes double bed, AC, decorative fireplace, Satellite TV, nice view over the pool, the garden and the beautiful countryside. This bedroom has a private, large ensuite bathroom with oval bathtub. It also has a private walk-in closet.
