"Pros: room was very clean, the hot springs are right on the property and are great for sore muscles, the staff are very friendly, the resort is located very close to the arenal volcano and other sights in la fortuna Cons: this place has a touristy resort feel, lots of families and kids running about the hot springs and the pool. I wish it was more kid-free. the food here is quite expensive compared to your typical costa rican soda. "

"We stayed two nights at this hotel in August. It is a beautiful hotel with lovely staff and setting. However - beware of hidden charges. We booked a family suite for a 2 night stay through Expedia.
