不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
The location is great. But the unit was in poor repair. The carpet was torn and coming up off the floor. The refrigerator was broken and hot on the inside. They did bring a new refrigerator the next day but the ice maker still didn't work. But the huge issue was there was a problem with water in the entire building. When they finally fixed the water, then there was no hot water. Coming off the slope and you can't take a hot shower really sucks.
I called Summit Cove Vacation Lodge's office several times about all the problems and though polite, they were NO HELP! I asked for a discount on the room charge and they said, "We cant give a discount because it's not our fault." Well, it sure wasn't my fault and i had to pay full price for a horrible experience and sorry service.
Stay away!!
