Spacious and sunny apartment (first floor) with direct access to the community garden (360m) by a staircase from the balcony with the apartment below.
It has 3 bedrooms, master bedroom suite with double bed of 1. 8 x 1. 90 and full bathroom. Another bathroom with shower.
Room 2 with two single beds and TV.
Room 3 floor above with 1.35 x 1.90 bed and living room. Living room with stove and firewood and dining table for 6 people and TV.
Separate kitchen, fully equipped with kitchen utensils, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Balcony equipped with table and chairs. Garden equipped with table and chairs.
The apartment is located in the mountain with views of the Cadi.
Quiet neighborhood without parking problems.
5 minutes walk to the golf course. 5, minutes by car to the Seu de Urgel, 20km from the Principality of Andorra.
28km to Sant Joan de L'Erm.
Andorra Tracks:
La Rabassa 28km, Vallnord 31km funicular access and 32km to Gran Valira funicular.

La casa es comodisima y muy acojedora. No falta absolutamente nada. A pesar del frio exterior, dentro era el paraiso. Confortable, comoda, acojedora y con unas vistas que invitan a quedarse mucho mas tiempo del que pudimos tomarnos. Olga es encantadora y atenta a cualquier inquietud que tengamos y no hizo falta comunicarnos con ella durante nuestra estancia, ya que la casa lo ofrece todo
