Lake Conroe - Swimming, Tennis, Golf, Pickleball, Pet Friendly!

Freshly renovated and furnished, this townhome features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining space for 12. Each of the four bedrooms is comfortably furnished with relaxing memory foam mattresses and clean linens. The three full bathrooms are available for your convenience.

Outside, you'll find a large deck with seating for 6 and a BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying a family cookout while taking in the scenic views of the lake. Our home also comes with private bulkhead access, allowing you to easily explore the lake by boat, kayak, or other watercraft. Let the kids enjoy time on the water with our water mat - included with your stay!

Your stay also includes access to the Walden fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, walking trails, playgrounds, parks, and multiple swimming pools. Walden also offers several nearby dining options. You can eat and drink poolside at the Breakwater Grille or enjoy a fine dining experience at Walden's Lakeview Dining & Venue overlooking the lake.

We understand that your pets are an important part of your family, so they are welcome too! Outside, your pets can run and play to their heart's content in the yard and green space adjacent to our home. There's also plenty of nearby parks, trails and even a dog park within walking distance where you can enjoy some outdoor time together.

Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville - Lake Conroe is located just 5 minutes away and offers a spa, shopping, resort style swimming pool, beach, golf, and even summer concerts! Whether you're looking to relax and unwind or embark on an outdoor adventure, this Lake Conroe townhome is the perfect place to call home during your Texas vacation!

We are always just a text or call away! We are easily accessible through VRBO but we also provide our guests with our personal contact information. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions during your stay.

We are a dog friendly home, so please feel free to bring a furry friend along! We allow 1 dog, weighing 50lb or less. We do have a pet fee of $75 (per dog) so please add the pet to your reservation and the fee will automatically be added as well.

If there are certain items we might be able to get for you ahead of time to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know and we will do our best! We try to respond very quickly and will answer any questions you might have.

We do require our guests to sign a rental agreement, which we will send for electronic signature after booking.

Disclosure: We do have two security cameras located on the outside of the home - one on the front porch and one on the back porch. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

We stayed at this amazing place on the lake and we enjoyed every bit of it. The owners were very nice, the view was beautiful, the inside of the house was beautiful, it was all amazing and I couldn’t of asked for a more perfect relaxing stay!

This is a great location on the lake for bringing a boat. It was nice to tie off the boat in the protected cove right behind the house. The house was in great shape and we would definitely stay at this location again.

Don’t hesitate to book beautiful Lago Vista!

We loved our two months at Lago Vista! Sam was an excellent host—very responsive and attentive. The property was clean, well cared for, and exactly as pictured. The views over the water were beautiful. The immediate neighborhood was quiet and residential, but it was only a short drive to shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Worth it to note that we were traveling with three adults, six kids, and a dog, and we all enjoyed our time there.

5 adults enjoyed this dog friendly, waterfront property. Clean, easy parking, access to neighborhood amenities. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the upstairs patio overlooking the water. The property owner is super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Sam. He genuinely cares for his guests. He was very responsive to our questions. Checkin was very easy; directions easy to follow. Great Host

Great Host. Sam was always available and responded very quickly to all text. We returned to the home late after my daughter’s wedding. We lost power and I text Sam and he responded very quickly. The power outage was no fault of his own as part of the neighborhood also lost power. He was very concerned and seemed genuinely sorry for the incident. The home is just as it appears in the photos with plenty of games and some toys for the children. We rented the property during the winter and I’m sure we will return in the summer or spring to enjoy all the amenities.

Comfy townehome

It was conveniently located near the dog park, marina and racquet/fitness center with the ability to tie our watercraft on the bulkhead right behind the property. The townehome was very clean, up to date and we'll maintained. Most of all they were very responsive.

Family Visit for Daughter’s Wedding Weekend

This place was absolutely perfect for our group. There were three bedrooms which worked perfectly for the three couples that were there and the fourth bedroom was comfortable for our single guests. We are part of a boat club and there was literally a dock right outside the back door. We all agreed that given the opportunity we’d all love to own this home. The owner was easy to communicate with and very friendly and welcoming.

Excellent views and location!

Sam was a wonderful host, easy to reach and great communication leading up to our stay. The windows in all the rooms were my favorite of this rental. So nice to look out in the mornings and evenings in the nice views of the backyard. Plenty of space for everyone, our weather wasn’t ideal but it didn’t matter because our inside space was so nice to enjoy. We enjoyed the board games and puzzles as well. Would definitely stay here again, great location for Margaritaville golfing as well.

Great girls getaway

Some friends and I gathered to celebrate one of the gals in our group- she turned 40 in July. We Picked the is space because of the water views and close proximity to Montgomery TX. The house accommodated all 5 of us with our own beds and baths. The space has cute and comfy decor and the beds were clean and cozy. We didn’t cook in the kitchen but found everything we needed. I would definitely rent here again.

Family time on the lake!

Great townhome in a great location. Furnished very nicely. Comfortable beds , plenty of room to spread out. Located in a very protected cove, can tie your boat up to sea wall with no issues. Kids enjoyed swimming right at townhome on the big water pad, and playing pickle ball at racquet club in the evenings when cooled down a bit. Sam was extremely attentive getting us settled in and checking in on us throughout stay for any needs. We will definitely make this our 1st choice when returning to Lake Conroe.

3 day stay for our family

Sam, the owner, was great to work with. No problems with check-in or check-out. Some rentals we’ve stayed at had extensive lists of chores to complete before leaving. Not here! The list was short and easy. Property was clean, well equipped, and met or exceeded our expectations. Also, it’s a great location to dock your boat right outside the back door.
