We are booking again very soon!
Where to begin with this property? First I have to compliment the owners. Talk about responsiveness. While on a vacation of their own they responded to any and all questions we had. (Thank you for that!) Safety 1st! This is a gated community no one is getting in if they are not on the list provided by the owners. We absolutely loved how safe this made everyone feel. The house is very well maintained. You really only need your groceries, everything else is provided. My only complaint is, if you choose to fish come prepared the fish hit hard! I lost 3 lures as I was not prepared for the aggressive nature of the fish. I learned and when we return, it is game on! My wife already said we are coming back very soon. They spent time in the hot tub and I fished from the deck and took advantage of the submerged light at night. If you enjoy fishing don’t plan on getting much sleep because the fishing was a blast. We got bass, striper, catfish, (my wife caught a clam….lol) and we caught a just Gasper. We dined in, made meals and ate out. The neighbor that was around was very helpful as well. Thank you for the memories and rest assured we are coming back.

Awesome property, location, and owner!
Great property right on the lake. They provided plenty of amenities, and the house was amazing! We had 4 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space. The pool, hot tub and put put golf was a hit with everyone! Lots to do in the area, and in Houston as well. Wayne the owner was great and answered the phone even when he was on his own vacation. He was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to this house!

We had the best time imaginable at the lake house. Wayne has literally thought of everything to make this house super comfortable. We were also very impressed with how responsive he was when we had a questions. The pool is amazing and the views that go with it are even better. Amazing Lakefront Views and Very Clean!
We loved our stay at the Poolside Paradise! Gorgeous, open lake views, a great location, a nice outdoor area (loved the mini golf), and the pool made for an amazing time! Attention to to detail was paid to ensure a great stay at this home. It was extremely clean and stocked very well too. There is also a manned gate that provides a secure entrance into the neighborhood. Wayne is an excellent host, communicated well, and did everything to ensure we had the best stay possible! We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this lakefront home and would definitely come back!

Absolutely fabulous Rental
We had a wonderful time at this property. It was our first time at Lake Conroe and the listing was exactly what it portrayed. We were able to have jetski rentals delivered to the Dock. Our only tiny complaint was the Pool was extremely hot. Hotter than the normal body temp. However, I believe this is a weather occurrence and not any other reason. Perhaps more umbrellas over the pool might help. We loved everything about the location and hope to be able to visit again. Thank you for the hospitality.

Lake Getaway
We had the best summer getaway. It was our second time staying here.Everything was clean, functional and the house was stocked with everything we needed. We had four kids and four adults and it was just right. The kids caught several fish from the doc in the evening, and the sunsets were beautiful. Definitely eat at Fajita Jacks while you are there. Phenomenal Property
We were first time vacation home renters and it was a great experience! From booking our stay online to the day we had to leave was spectacular! We pull in and the gated community is gorgeous and everyone is so friendly! We get to the house, and our first impression of the property was "WOW"! This property is BEAUTIFUL and VERY spacious! It was everything we he had hoped for and more! The home was completely stocked with everything we needed and decorated gorgeously! The “checking in/out” was easy and the home owner, Wayne responded to all our questions immediately. We truly felt comfortable and welcomed with all the little personal touches left for us. A welcome bucket full of goodies…. Snacks, golf balls, and wine! Wayne sent us a message just making sure we made it and everything was okay with the house and reminded us that he was available for any questions we had. The hot tub and pool were amazing and our family all agreed this vacation/vacation home was PHENOMENAL!

Great oasis on the lake!
We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs but Wayne's place is the nicest overall of any we have stayed. The place was immaculate and a fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed along with an awesome pool and jacuzzi with easy-to-use remote, great speaker system and a putting green by the water. Great neighbors made us feel right at home and Wayne was on point checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was sooo relaxing in the pool, jacuzzi or sitting on the deck watching the fireworks on the 4th. I would definitely recommend renting this place for some relaxation on the lake!

Love this place!
This is our second time staying here, and it won’t be the last. Very well maintained, very clean, and done right. Pool and putting green speak for themselves, but if you like to fish, the night fishing light is a real treat. Topping it is the owner is great to work with and super responsive. Highly recommended!

We loved everything about this home! The home was exactly as the photos showed online. Beautiful decor, well-stocked kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The BEST place to relax, rest, and recharge in Texas!
From the moment we arrived we fell in love with the property. Its beautifully landscaped and the view of the lake from the upstairs living space is breath taking. The owner did a great job with the interior design of the home which is a clean, modern, beach vibe. Every detail has been thought of from games to batteries! The host was so attentive and gracious! Wonderful Thanksgiving at the lake
My husband and I stayed at this property for 4 nights in November and we had a great time. The view of the lake is unbeatable!! Even in the fog and rain we had during our stay we loved the views from the huge windows upstairs and from the hot tub out back. In warmer weather I could imagine spending all of our time outside on the decks or in the pool - there were tons of seating options and the outdoor space was perfect for entertaining. Inside everything was super clean and the furniture felt new. The kitchen was one of the most well-equipped VRBO kitchens I've ever experienced - every pot/pan/dish/utensil I needed to cook and serve our Thanksgiving meal was provided. The owner also responded to all of my questions before our stay very quickly. If you are bringing your own boat, the logistics of getting it there are a bit tricky but manageable. I highly recommend staying at this property!

This house was immaculately clean. The location was terrific but the shining gem of this property is the outside. The pool and lounging area were awesome. This was our second visit to Poolside Paradise. We stayed 5 nights, but again, wished we could have stayed longer. The private pool and spa are the key features of this “Paradise Retreat”. Amazing lake front house highly recommend
Place was very clean, feels like owner knows exactly what we want and need to make vacation perfect, A lot of thought down to the smallest details, we spent most of the time by the amazing pool, boat slip it’s a great advantage when planning to bring a boat Which we did, stereo system is great. Only thing owner should consider to make the pool area perfect is to add a small kitchen or just faucet and bigger refrigerator. Thank you for amazing vacation

Luxury resort amenities with single home privacy
This stay was everything we hoped it would be, and more! Our initial impression upon entering was that it was extremely clean, and very well maintained. The pictures are exactly what you see. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need. Wayne is easy to communicate with, and extremely understanding. There are detailed instructions on how to operate everything. He truly wants you to relax and enjoy your stay. The bottom deck was where we spent most of our time. We cooked our meals on the grill, and watched the activity on the lake while relaxing in the spa and pool. They are both salt water, so no dry skin or faded swim wear. Book your stay now!! You won't be disappointed!!

Poolside Paradise met all our expectations plus more. Wayne makes sure his guests have everything they need and is extremely quick to respond to your needs. The neighbors are all so nice as well. Our family vacation here was so enjoyable. The immaculate home is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The amazing views of the lake are incredible. The sparkling pool and hot tube was enjoyed by all. Fishing off of the dock was also a big hit for the grandkids. Poolside Paradise will not disappoint. We will definitely visit again.

Fantastic Fishing also!
My husband and younger kids stayed at this property in April. The kids each had their own beautiful comfy bed. We loved sitting in the hot tub watching the kids catch fish right from the dock. Great weekend getaway !
My wife and I just spent a wonderful relaxing weekend here and must say this house is first class all the way . The views , house , pool/spa area are all absolutely fantastic ! Thank again Wayne (owner) for being such a great host.

Wayne was a pleasure to work with. The house was very organized and well kept. The pool and jacuzzi was a hit for us.

We had a great stay and Wayne was a great host!
We really enjoyed our time relaxing, looking out at the beautiful view of the water and hanging out in the hot tub.

Absolutely amazing get a way
This is our second year and staying at this property this weekend in February. We generally have the property for a week and it’s the most amazing relaxing time of the year for me and my family. The property is great the homeowner is accommodating would definitely recommend and will see you next February
