“Die Wohnung war nicht fertig: Das Hochbett hatte ein schmutziges Spannbettlaken, keinen Kissenbezug und die Bettdecke lag auf dem Boden. Wir konnten außerdem keine andere Bettwäsche bekommen, um das Bett selbst zu beziehen, und erhielten keine Antwort von der Hausverwaltung. Daher mussten zwei erwachsene Frauen sich ein Bett teilen. Darüber hinaus fehlten zwei Glühbirnen an der Lampe, und die Schiebetür zum Badezimmer war von oben, in der Nähe des Schiebemechanismus, bis etwa Augenhöhe stark mit……

“When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”

“I got in much later than expected (around midnight) due to cancellations and Catherine was available to communicate! She has been so responsive throughout (only convos were about arriving and departing).The place is perfect--shower water is hot! Close the shades at night if you don't want to wake up at dawn because the morning sun is epic.The location is amazing. I had been leaving the building heading one way and decided another day to head the other and both ways bring you to magic.”

“J'ai été harceler de message par checkmygest, avant et pendant les séjours,parfois en anglais , parfois en français. En revanche, après, plus de messages...J'ai appelé à plusieurs numéros et envoyé un m message sur le WhatsApp avec lequel il mon contacté. Je n'ai pas eu de réponse. J'ai oublié un médicament dans le frigo avec plein réfrigérateur, je n'ai eu aucun retour à mes messages. La location est beaucoup dans le paraître, il y a des couverts, des assiettes mais pas de table pour manger ! ……

“Expérience déplorable.Dès le dernier paiement, tout s’est dégradé. Impossible de joindre l’hôte, et nous avons été baladés entre VRBO, Belvilla by Oyo et Checkmyguest, sans qu’aucun ne prenne ses responsabilités. L’appartement était dans un état lamentable : moisissures dans les placards, murs sales vaguement repeints, matelas taché. Une équipe de ménage est intervenue après 24h, mais les problèmes dépassaient largement un simple nettoyage. Ce logement nécessite une rénovation complète. VRBO ne……
