The open-concept layout features charming string lights and modern décor that bring warmth and personality to the space. The comfortable main bed can be separated from the living area with a curtain for added privacy, while a sofa bed is available for one additional guest.

You will have full private access to the entire apartment during your stay, allowing you to settle in comfortably and enjoy the space as your home away from home.
Access is simple and secure through our self check-in system. Detailed instructions for the keypad or lockbox will be sent to you by email and/or text message a few days before your arrival, once the pre check-in process has been completed.

Getting Around:
Getting around Montréal from this location is simple and convenient. Public transportation is easily accessible, with bus stops just steps away from the property and the Édouard-Montpetit Metro Station approximately 1.7 km away. From there, you can quickly reach downtown Montréal, Old Montréal, shopping districts, restaurants, and many of the city's popular attractions.
For guests traveling by car, a complimentary seasonal parking space is available in the driveway (please note parking is unavailable from December through February). Ride-sharing services and taxis are also readily available throughout the area.
Other Things to Note:
We believe in transparency to help ensure your stay meets your expectations and is as enjoyable as possible. Please take note of the following:
• Potential for noise: The studio is located in the basement of a family home. As the family lives upstairs, you may occasionally hear everyday household sounds during different times of the day.
• Snow removal: Following snowfalls of more than 5 cm, snow removal is generally completed within 24 hours. A shovel and salt are also provided during your stay if needed.
• Guest verification: For everyone's security, we use a secure verification system to confirm your ID and agreement to our rental terms before access instructions and your guest guide are sent.
• Host availability: Our team is available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If you are arriving outside these hours, please plan accordingly.
• Parking: Complimentary parking is available seasonally. Please note that parking is unavailable from December through February.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will result in an automatic fee of $300 per pet.
• Visitors: Only guests included on the reservation are permitted to access the property. Additional visitors must be declared and approved in advance and may be subject to an additional daily fee.
