Great apartment in a great neighborhood

Very walkable neighborhood, apartment a quick 10 min walk from the subway. Tons of great restaurants and a lot of pedestrian only streets nearby

We loved this vacation home. It was an easy walk to restaurants, Bixi bikes, coffee shops and even a small grocery store. Also, the apartment was well appointed for all our needs. We lacked for nothing. If we come back to Montreal, we would stay here again in a heartbeat .

Nice, clean apartement

This is a really nice small apartment very close to the Sherbrooke Metro station. Easy, safe, and quiet. We look forward to returning during warmer weather to enjoy the outside patio.

Wonderful stay at Fiction apartment

Our flight arrived early, before designated time, but the woman in the office below went out of her way to help us even though the cleaners were still there. She took our luggage so we were free to acquaint ourselves with Montreal. The apt was immaculate! It is hard to explain the attention given to the fiction theme. So creative and, I’m sue, time consuming. There was a very user-friendly kitchen down some very cute stairs, the bedroom door closed so we could get up at different times and have a place to go and drink our (supplied freshly ground) coffee. We had a private terrace to enjoy the beautiful weather in between outings. I would highly recommend Unique Stays to everyone!

We had a great experience staying with unique stays in Montreal. The room was exactly as described on line and the check in process was seamless. Apartment was well organized with everything needed for a comfortable stay.We had a small issue with the TV internet connections which was rectified the next morning. The staff was available to speak with us regarding the issue and acted quickly to resolve it.

Nice apartment and good location

Cute little apartment perfect for a couple. Ideal for walking to vegan pastries or hopping on the Metro to explore Montréal. Great communication with helpful info.

Had a great time!

The place was actually better than the pictures. It was clean, in a good area of the city, and equipped with everything we needed. Checking in and out was very easy and the property managers were kind and on top of it. There are multiple codes you have to enter to get into the building and to your apartment, so I felt safe the whole trip and we were close to a lot of great spots in Montreal. I would definitely recommend this place!
