Book for 1 month or more only. Prices have been discounted to allow for 1 month stays and longer.

Ideal for vacationing couples, families and groups. This is a typical Montreal house located in central downtown. The property is just a few steps to Saint Catherine street and a few blocks to famous Crescent street. You can walk to everything and there is a subway just one block away.

One floor has a common area, a kitchen, the master bedroom and a new powder room.

The second floor has two bedrooms, one full bathroom and a laundry room.

All beds have new mattresses.

Smart TV with free movies and cable channels from every country.

Air conditioning and tower fans for your comfort.

You will have access to the entire two floors all to yourself - more than 1,650 square feet.

The property has just recently been upgrade and decorated.

Great location

Clean and plenty of space. Walking distance to a variety of ethnic restaurants and a short drive or subway ride to the city center and port. Fairly easy access to the highway for trips outside the city.

Location was great - on the edge of st Catherine. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Had a brilliant time with my mates with a big thanks to this property and the helpful host.
