Value for money room

4 nights, checked in to a broken room heater not working. Changed to a nicer warm room. There is only one staff at the front desk. Staff is helpful. Comfortable bed n nice pillow. Great location, close by are airport bus, Metro, St Denis eateries. Will stay again.

The bathroom needs a little maintenance especially the toilet seat,and the dining area need more necessities and to have the dirty silverware properly stocked not on the floor in a small container. And for the elevator it’s terrible,I have to use the stairs all the times because of fear the elevator dropping suddenly. And the plug in walls need to change as well. Staff good.

You basically get what you pay for. This hotel was cheaper compared to many others around the same area and that does come with its own reasons. We booked rooms here twice last month. First one was a 2 queen bed room which had all the necessary items like microwave, fridge, iron, tv, free wifi, good air conditioning, etc. The second room was a 2 double bed room which was almost half the price but the comfort of those beds were also significantly worse. The heater was older and a bit loud whenever it was working. No microwave, fridge, and the ironing table kept dropping to the floor because of its bad quality. So I would recommend getting the queen bed room and nothing cheaper. There is an extra parking fee of 35$ per night with limited spots so come early... but ofc not earlier than 4pm since they dont check in before that. The breakfast is so limited to a handful of items to pick from, but the staff and services were really good and helpful. The elevator wasn’t working on one of the days we were there but they did get it fixed in a few hours. So, really just an average hotel you can stay in for few days if you dont expect a lot of high quality/luxury and want something for a low budget. 3.5/5 experience.

We are a family of five and booked 3 rooms and it was NOT a good experience. It started when we first walked in. The lobby is unclean and there were no staff at the counter. When we went up to the rooms it had a smell and wasn't the cleanest. The next day one of us woke up to bed bugs!! Of course we told the staff but it seemed like no surprise to them. They're probably used to getting this complaint. Honestly it was a disgusting experience and I would never go again. At least they returned the pay for that one night though. My advice, don't book a room here unless you want ned bugs up your a$$.

D'abord très au-dessus de mes attentes pour le prix... SAUF QUE il y avait une vibration très intense en continue dans ma chambre. Nous avons dû la quitter, pas endurable. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très courtois mais il nous a malheureusement donné des indications contradictoires pour l'annulation, ce qui a compliqué notre départ. Grand merci à Expedia pour le soutien!!

La chambre était bien mais la télé fonctionnait mal et la télé commande ne fonctionnait pas nous avions seulement accès a un canal même si nous utilisons les boutons de la tv ... le garcon d'accueil etait gentil et compréhensif face a ma chirurgie et nous avais mentionné pouvoir apporter un déjeuner a notre chambre car javais subit une chirurgie cependant le matin en question la cuisinière n'était aucunement consiliente a laisser ma mere me monter a dejeuner meme si il s'agissait d'assiette en carton ! Donc ma mere a jeter le déjeuner et a du aller chercher a manger ailleurs de plus l'image qui représente le déjeuner continentale nest vraiment pas représentatif de la relation (grille pain semi fonctionnelle, aucun couteau pour tartiner les pains, jus clairement remis dans un pot pas ou mal laver muffin dur comme une roche et aucun lait pour le café...) de plus les stationnement sont vraiment mal indiqués a 33$ pour 24h les lignes sont effacé
