「Stay was really good. Property was easy to find and locate. Leigh-Anne gave us detailed instructions of how to locate key for property and some nice welcome touches when we arrived.Place is beautifully decorated and kept and right next to the beach which was ideal for the dog.Would highly recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a nice quiet relaxing break away.」

「Mo and Al were amazing hosts. They made us feel like relatives they havent seen in a while. We had a welcome pkg of fresh eggs, and vegetables from their garden. Mo's home made Victorian cake was to die for. The cottage was very large and had amazing views. In a great location for short day trips. We will be staying there again in the future.」

「Buckhood cottage had everything needed, clean and functional. The kitchen was a good size with the best view to look at while washing up. Beds were comfy and slept very well. Only issue was the shower, very low pressure and runs scorching hot and freezin cold. Overall a very good stay. Xxx」

「We loved our stay at the wonderful cottage directly by the sea. We found it perfect at any weather. If it's sunny, enjoy the gorgeous view from the garden with the patio and if it's cold and rainy, huddle up in the livigroom by by the fire. It's wonderful to wake up, open the (really thick) curtains and see the ocean! Claire is the perfect host. Always available via chat if there's a question and lightning-fast with her replies. Johnshaven is a short dog-walk away with its pretty small harbour...

「We had a really lovely stay at the boathouse—one senior and two adults—and it worked perfectly for us. The area is quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated, and it’s so close to Dunnottar Castle. The house itself was super comfortable with great beds and all the amenities we needed. We felt right at home. Communication with the host was friendly, and helpful. A great place to relax and enjoy the countryside.」
