「Clean room. Very loud HVAC. Front desk personnel need more training so that room numbers are not announced when key cards are presented. People standing nearby should not be treated to instant knowledge of one's arrangements. Complimentary breakfast was a joke. Nasty assortment of junky micro-pastries, a few personal packets of peanut butter, what looked like pre-cooked mystery omelets waiting in the small fridge for reheating, some sugary cereals, and not much else. Nice people, but this...

「Room was clean, but a bit dated. Breakfast was ok, but hot food wasn’t great. Worst thing was the incredibly loud, creaky elevator that was close to my room!」

「Second time staying here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean room and linens. Breakfast offerings are typical generic fair. Dry cereal, pastries, scrambled eggs, waffle maker, etc. They did have a very, very nice selection of lovely high-quality teas available. Orange juice was very good.」
