「Dark Canyon was indeed a great off grid experience. The 360-degree views around the cabin with no other humans around offered something not found very often. Sitting on the deck at sunset while enjoying a glass of whiskey and looking at the Bears Ears was truly a western experience. The sunrises make you want to get up early just to experience the beauty. 「The entire Montezuma Canyon Ranch & Vineyards property is amazing. We stayed at the Bunkhouse- my husband and I, plus 5 girls- to celebrate one of my kids 13th birthday. What a magical weekend it was! We were greeted in the cabin with fresh homemade biscuits and jam which were so delicious! The kids loved hanging out in the cave during the heat of the day, while my husband and I were able to chill and read on the shady porch. "It doesn't look luxurious at first, but the facilities are very complete. The air conditioner is turned on before you check in, so it is cool as soon as you enter the room. There is water in the refrigerator and a freezer compartment, which can quickly cool down the food. It's a quiet place in a quiet town. Very nice."
