"The place was perfect for what we needed. Location, parking, even its own private beach. From that part we couldn't have asked for anything better. There were some issues with the wifi. Not that we NEEDED it but advertising high speed and it working worse than our data I think was a miss."

"The property site was excellent. Love the sand. Room proximity to the beach was excellent. The unit we stayed in had some issues; oven didn’t work. Burner on stovetop didn’t work. Toilet broke. Shower door didn’t stay closed. Both tv’s didn’t work."

"This place is great for families w/kids. The grassy area outside the door makes for a great play area. The beach is sandy and you can walk out a ways - perfect for swimming! We have grandparents w/us and I don’t think the 3 levels were good for them. Also there was a trager grill w/pellets outside and a gas grill would have been more helpful. Also there were chairs just no regular beach chairs. Again it would have been helpful. All said it was a great place for a summer vacation in Tahoe!"

"The condo has amazing views of beautiful Lake Tahoe, and the beds were comfortable. Management was easy to communicate with regarding concerns. From the online pictures it looks like it is a luxury accommodation (and seems like it should be, for the price.) The reality felt like corners were cut, just small things that wouldn't cost much more to provide a "richer" experience. We were disappointed to see that the beach towels provided were microfiber, there were only two bathroom hand towels and washcloths in the whole unit. The shower soap provided was "3-in-1", meant to be shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We found it difficult to cook or store meals, and the cooking utensils seemed like a cheap kit you'd get for a college kid's first apartment. Many silverware pieces are missing. It felt like a business or a hotel, not a home, so less comfortable than a place where decision makers/owners actually invest in the details. We would stay here again, but would bring a lot more of our own items to make the stay easier/more comfortable."
