“The only complaint I had is there was no one in the office when I was trying to check in and there was no one in the office when I was trying to check out apparently if they are on lunch no one is there to cover they just make us wait which I didn’t appreciate”

“Okay, overall the property on the outside was clean, the room I was assigned; not so much. I was having an a.c issue at my home, making it unsafe to stay there. I began to look for a local hotel for the night. When I arrived, no one was in the office. I called the phone in the lobby for assistance. The lady was clearly annoyed she had to assist me. When I was checked in I went to my room. Overall clean, however the overwhelming smell of SMOKE/Cigarette/Canabis welcomed me. There were no hangers,……

“it is an old hotel, pool was dirty, small parking lot, used condom left in parking lot at the bottom of the stairs, I was charged a deposit to the room. I was told it would be credited back to my card it wasn't. I called the manager she said by the latest it would be credited by Friday and wasn't. called my card and I'm deputing the charge. the bed was comfortable the room was clean, no coffee pot, no breakfast in lobby. 1 out of 10 I give this place a 1”

“I'm connected to another apartment. The blinds in my child's room don't block the light well. The balcony light of the neighboring house is very bright and the light shines in, making it impossible for my child to fall asleep.”

“Left my gold ring on the side of microwave tried reaching out to staff about it they asked me to leave a message to the manager , they haven’t called back seem too not be interested in helping out at this point I’ll take the loss yeah it’s my mistake but atleast have some type of effort in helping out or reaching out would be nice, I run a business and I know the moment I get a whiff of something shady going on that would be a priority oh well just don’t leave your stuff in hotel rooms.
