「Room was clean. Staff were very nice. Loved that they had a Starbucks in the lobby and so many restaurants and stores around the hotel. The Innout just outside the hotel was a wonderful surprise.」

「We booked the 2 bed with 1 sofa bed, but at the end there is no sofa bed. 」

「1. The microwave oven is full of hairy and green food. Has the cleaning staff never cleaned it up? 2. What's more, they actually took away the plate full of maggots and then asked me to use the microwave oven. It's crazy. 3. The staff have a bad attitude.」

「We booked a room to stay in for the night of our wedding, I communicated we would be checking in late around 10pm. The owner said that was fine and that we’d be able to check ourselves in. The check-in instructions were vague “once you enter the gate”... we were not given a gate code.
