"Our daughter attends San Jose State University. We’re in San Jose frequently. Hotel hits all matrix points. Affordable, clean, ground floor, excellent breakfast and a definite highlight on awesome staff. I’ve stayed at this hotel six times and the staff is consistently kind and courteous. "

"Check-in was a breeze because the hotel had texted us earlier to supply the customary information. One disappointment was that we were registered for a third floor room, but the elevator was out of commission. Which meant lugging our stuff up 3 floors. The desk clerk offered to help, and my macho self could not accept. We did not have so much stuff anyway. Tomorrow the hotel will move us to a room on the first floor. "

"Great Central Location! Very Nice Rooms and the breakfast is excellent! The Staff was also very accommodating. Went for a 3 day stay for a wedding downtown. "
