「Friendly staff at check-in, breakfast, and checkout! Awesome late pool hours until 11pm! Love the later noon checkout time. The only thing I thought was strange was no bag liners in the trash cans. Between diapers, food wrappers, etc, they were messy.」

「For the price that I was paying per night, not having complimentary coffee was not acceptable. My in-room refrigerator made intermittent noises, which would wake me up several times each night. Also, the Marriott app is not user-friendly at all. Finding an actual phone number for the property I was staying at to let them know I needed a late check-in (due to the time of my arriving flight) was virtually impossible and required a call to Marriott Customer Service and the help of a supervisor. ...

「Front desk staff in the AM and PM were so friendly, room and common areas were clean and the hotel was quiet. We attended a large event 20 minutes away and heard of other hotels in that area cancelling reservations on short notice, and we did not have to worry about that with Drury Inn! We will definitely be returning!」

「I thought the indoor swimming pool could be cleaner. It was kind of grungy around the top rim. The temperature was fabulous and I loved that there was an indoor and outdoor pool. Rooms were great. I was not at an event so I did not get breakfast there.」

「Great stay, although check in ends at 10, we had arrived almost midnight and the staff was still able and willing to check us in thank goodness. But just keep in mind that the check in ends at 10 typically. Also locked the key card in the room three times and the staff was so graceful with helping us out (It was not me who did this, my buddy did) helped immediately when the touchpad for the key wasn't working once, they made quick work. Nice stay.」

「The only good things I can say are that the check-in was quick and the room, though obviously old, was clean. Upon arrival it looked poorly maintained from the outside but I have stayed in some low cost hotels and that isn't a deal breaker for me. We go in and are advised that there is no continental breakfast as there restaurant was being renovated. Sucked because it was one of the reasons I booked there. The pool is filled to the brim and the hot tub has toddlers in it. No towels. The halls...
