☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

This beautiful hideaway accommodates 8 guests in 3 bedrooms plus three additional sleeping areas. Each bedroom contains it's own bathroom & TV!

-The master bedroom is on the upper level of the cabin and is fitted with a king-size bed and a private full bathroom. Walk out the French doors of the master to the private deck with 2 rocking chairs waiting for you.

-The upper level also accommodates another four guests in the loft area. It features a single bed plus a bunk with a double on the bottom and twin on top.

-The secondary bedroom on the main level features a queen-size bed, TV and access to the main deck. It has an attached full bathroom also.

-The lower level bedroom contains another king bed and direct access to a full bathroom. Out the French doors in this room takes you straight to the hot tub and fire pit.

There are three full bathrooms in the cabin and all are attached to each of the bedrooms. Two baths also have easy access through the hallways.


☆☆ KITCHEN & LAUNDRY ☆☆

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully-designed cabin adjoins the living & dining in full view of the kitchen and the separate laundry area is steps away from the kitchen also. The dining area seats 8 guests at the gorgeous wooden table with 3 additional seats at the bar.

The first living room is situated on the main level of the home and is kitted with Direct Stream TV & a Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. Two full couches allows ample seating for everyone. The secondary living space, or game room, is on the lower level boasting of a hand-carved bar with sink & mini fridge, a 65" TV with Play Station 4, Xbox, a pool table, dart board, fireplace and desk to work at if you must. This is a great space to enjoy your time together.

The exterior area of this home boasts pretty views and unrivaled privacy, sitting at the end of Hideaway Ridge with no cabins in sight. The 3 decks, leading from 5 sets of French doors, overlooks natures beauty. Step outside for a soak in your private hot tub, munch on s'mores around the fire, or compete for a prize while solving the riddles for the Scavenger Hunt. Grill your favorite food and enjoy your meal outside on the 2 live edge bars or picnic table. There's loads of outdoor activities that are so close: trout fishing, tubing, white water rafting, swimming, ropes courses & zip lines, hiking, wineries, boating and so much more.

Access
This home is located in Morganton, 10 minutes from Blue Ridge, GA. This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and plenty of parking for vehicles on the premises.

Other things to note:

1. The Rental Agreement must be signed upon booking and Photo ID that matches the credit card on file uploaded to our secure system.
2. You will receive complete check-in instructions a couple days before your arrival if you have signed the rental agreement.
3. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
4. Guests must be 25 years older (with the exception of children with their parents)
5. Cancellation policy: 97% refund within 2 weeks of arrival date
6. 8 Person Maximum (children included).
7. Well behaved pets are allowed but guest must obtain permission from the owner to have pets on the property. Pet Fee is $75/dog. Max 2. Dog must be crated when left alone.
8. A $500 hold on your credit card will be placed a day before your check-in. This is for a deposit to ensure no damages occur.
9. No parties of course!
10. No smoking, drug use or vaping of any kind inside or around the cabin.
11. Fireworks and discharging a firearm are strictly prohibited in the neighborhood.
12. There are outside cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
