"Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. "

"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. After needing to call for clarification, we were given a separate address that led us to the same location. There is no parking at the actual hotel because of construction. You have to park down the...

"The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away.

"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"We stayed 7 days at the hotel. Its nice hotel and rooms, a little outdated and needs renovation. Also no cleaning services and bathroom shampoo included, will be great if once or 2 times a week rooms will be cleaned. Otherwise everything was good enough, close to the center and shopping area,as well to the slopes. Recommended. "

"Room was immaculate.
On departure I cut my finger very badly and the receptionist had no plaster or a first aid kit and eventually found me some toilet roll. Following this we ordered a taxi to the hotel but the lift was shut causing us to have to walk down flights of stairs with blood from my finger going all over my clothes and luggage and then we missed our taxi. I await your response."

Cozy Ski Loft next to Grand Massif Gondola. WiFi âą Family Friendlyâą Sleeps 5â10âą
10/10 Excellent
"Very convenient location right at the bottom of the gondola. Cosy and welcoming apartment and as we arrived late it was lovely of the check in staff to leave us some essentials, milk and apple juice etc. "
Beautiful ground floor ski in /out apartment. 2 mins from lift
10/10 Excellent
"The best apartment we have stayed at in Les Esserts over the last 5 years. The apartment was lovely and clean and well positioned very close to the ski lift and shops. There was plenty of room for our party of six and lots of games and good amenities in the apartment. Sian was a perfect host with great communication and very helpful with things to do in the area. Thank you so much."
"The hotel was dirty, painted coming off the walls and the carpets so unclean that we couldnt go barefoot in the bedroom.
The staff were friendly and helpful. "
Apartment with three genuine bedrooms within 2 mins walk of the main lift
10/10 Excellent
"Great apartment with everything you could need. Easy check. We did have a few questions and Bryan was very quick to respond and very helpful too. It's an easy 2 minute walk up the slope to the main chairlift and on the way back, we could almost ski to the door. "
Cosy 3 bedroom chalet with log fire, swimming pool, sauna, gym, Wi-Fi
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful comfortable Chalet, I would definitely recommend a stay here. The Chalet was immaculate and every need have been catered for. The management company were excellent and responded immediately to any questions asked. The swimming pool which is run independently was extremely cold and our children came out looking rather blue therefore we only used it once but this has no reflection on the owners as it is out of their control. We drove daily to the village and parked for free in a large car park opposite the gondola, we travelled into both Samoens and Les Carroz in the evenings as both had a little more going on than Morillon. After needing to call for clarification, we were given a separate address that led us to the same location. There is no parking at the actual hotel because of construction. You have to park down the road. I asked at check in why they did not address this on their site or in communications. They said if we had reserved through them, they would have, but because we reserved through Expedia, "We don't choose to." The hotel is incredibly run down. The room was awful. Everything looked dirty. They give you pachaged sheets and towels (yes, you get the pleasure of bothmaking AND unmaking your own "bed"), many of which were either dirty or had permanent staining. The mattresses, furniture, etc. were all clearly from the hotel's inception probably 50 years ago. Just imagine what those "mattresses" have seen. You get flat sheets to throw over said mattresses. The mattresses might as well be from the days when they were filled with straw they were so hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom sink sprayed you with water when turned on and the shower had drainage issues. The walls were thin. We could hear those around us. There were black beetles on the floor. They charged us 2x for one payment"
"The chalet's amenities made our stay enjoyable, The coffee machine was a lifesaver in the mornings, and we loved the convenience of having a dishwasher,"
