「The unit itself was immaculate and well stocked. The view from the lanai was beautiful. It was well stocked with beach and pool items. Our only disappoint was when we realized we did not have pool cards access the pool. It took 6 days to finally get them. Being that it was right after the big Kona low and many of the beaches were closed, this was a problem for us. The property office was open, so I asked about this.
