"Great waterpark, food was good but very busy which suggests the restaurant is not big enough and it was definitely understaffed. On the whole a positive experience, lots of things to do and close to centre of Marrakech. Would go again."

"I traveled with a group of friends, and we had an amazing time! From the moment we landed, everything was smooth and well-organized. Our driver picked us up promptly from the airport, and when we arrived at the hotel, the staff greeted us warmly with big smiles. They gave us a quick introduction about our stay, what to expect, and even helped us exchange our foreign currency. The rooms were standard and had air conditioning, which was perfect for the warm weather. Breakfast was alright, but...

"This is a lovely property with spacious rooms but feels remote, accessible only by car. The hospitality is rigid with breakfast starting at 8:00am (not earlier) and dinner is only served between 7:30-9:30pm with 24 hour notice required for many menu items. This should be communicated upon booking as we were expecting a meal before we left for our morning flight and would have booked elsewhere for the price."

"We had a wonderful stay, the hotel is very clean & cozy we were at the top of the house with a small private terrace we loved it. The bathroom was small but worked fine. Breakfast was freshly made every morning The staff was friendly like family. Big Thank you to Mustafa that was a very gracious host that went above and beyond in assisting us through out our vacation. Hotel is well situated everything is right there taxis too if you choose to go farther. "
