「Suveraent aer bara foernamnet. Hoegt staellda foervaentningar infriades och t o m oevertraeffades! Bilder paa hotellet staemde mycket bra. Vi fick en egen guide hela tiden; mycket kunnig och trevlig. Trots det utsatta laeget saa var underhaallet foernaemligt. Synnerligen prisvaert.」

「I read the hotel per the instructions for the hotel to let them know my arrival date upon my checkout I was asked to pay when I had already prepaid and I was asked for my documents that I had printed from the site and was asked if they could keep them because they didn't have anything saying that I had paid. That wasn't okay.」
